Grant partnerships that move site monitoring forward

Alongside our products, Devlabs takes part in grant-supported development projects together with research partners. The aim is to turn the data our systems already collect into tools that save time on site.

These projects are tested on active construction sites, where a new idea has to prove its value under real conditions rather than in a controlled setting.

In development

Dash.DevLabs Copilot

With Alexandra Instituttet · Supported by a grant from WE BUILD DENMARK

An AI assistant built into the Dash.DevLabs environmental monitoring platform. On most sites the data is no longer the problem: turning it into action is still a manual job of reviewing measurements, finding exceedances, working out the cause and compiling documentation.

The assistant works directly on the data the platform already collects. Users can ask questions in plain language, such as whether a noise limit was exceeded during the week or why vibration levels rose on a particular day, and generate reports for authorities and other stakeholders instead of assembling them by hand.

What the project will deliver

  • A fully developed AI assistant integrated into the Dash.DevLabs platform.
  • A set of standardised reporting templates.
  • A documented setup for the safe and controlled use of AI in a construction site context.
