How devices connect
Zero infrastructure on site
DGEM units connect directly to the platform via 4G using a Devlabs-managed SIM. No site internet connection required. The device appears on your dashboard within seconds of first power-on.
WQS, DVM, TDL1200, and LoRaWAN Systems devices transmit via radio to a Devlabs-supplied gateway. Uplinks are routed through The Things Industries network server and delivered to the platform in near real-time. Gateways ship with 4G cellular backhaul — no site internet required.

Sub-minute data refresh. Multi-page views per deployment — live readings, trend charts, and alarm status across every device and site.
Email & SMS alarms
Threshold alarms per sensor, per site. Delivery by email or SMS to configured recipients. Alarm rules are set at deployment and adjusted on request.
Periodic PDF reports
Automated weekly or monthly reports covering key parameters, threshold exceedances, and data completeness. A standard deliverable for compliance documentation.
REST API access
Programmatic access to all telemetry time-series within your tenant. Pull data into analysis pipelines, SCADA, or BMS systems without manual export.
Customer access portals
Devlabs provisions your login at onboarding. Each organisation sees only its own devices and dashboards. Read-only viewer access available for auditors.
Multi-site management
All deployments in a single account — DGEM, WQS, DVM, LoRaWAN sensors. Gateway health and device last-seen status alongside your sensor data.
OTA firmware updates
Devlabs pushes firmware updates to devices remotely. Updates are staged and validated before release. No site access required.
LoRaWAN device management
Full lifecycle management for LoRaWAN sensors and gateways — join status, uplink health, gateway online/offline — visible directly from the platform.
